I did see something like this on Ebay. 
They called it a WONDERFUL OYSTER JAR - Incised &#38; Blue - PROVIDENCE RI. From M Dewing 24 Exchange Place Providence RI. 
There was no photo when i saw the listing but i did see a bid on one of the pieces for 150.00 but that was not the final bid.

I also found a web site that lists  M Dewing Wholesale and Retail Dealer in Fish, Oysters, Clams, Scollops in Rhode Island.
